We’ll have your teeth looking as good as new and stronger than ever with professional crowns and bridges in Kings Cross, Euston, and Gray’s Inn.
Crowns are the ideal way to artificially restore both the strength and appearance of broken or weakened teeth, and have you smiling with confidence in no time! Also known as ‘caps’, crowns are specially made to fit over the remaining tooth to give a strong seal that will protect it from further damage, and improve the appearance and functionality of the tooth. Having a crown fitted involves your dentist removing any decay from the affected tooth to leave a post in its place, which will act as an anchor for the crown. Our crowns are custom-made in a dental laboratory by a skilled technician to be an exact fit for your mouth and teeth shade. We offer both standard crowns and CEREC – Same Day Crowns.
Crowns can be made from a variety of materials:
Alongside standard crowns, we also offer patients the CEREC system, which allows us to create and fit a new crown in just one visit. We use cutting-edge technology to get an incredibly accurate scan of the tooth that needs to be crowned, which is then used by the CEREC unit to create your bespoke crown that very day!
Missing teeth can have a big impact on your life, affecting your appearance, ability to eat and drink normally, and speaking. Not only that; a gap in your teeth can cause the teeth on either side to move into the extra space, which can affect your bite and jaw structure over time. Dental bridges are a good solution for people who don’t have enough healthy tooth structure left to hold a dental crown in place, or have an entirely missing tooth.
Dental bridges work by using the teeth on either side of the gap to anchor a false tooth, creating a bridge which helps to restore your smile. Due to advancements in technology, there’s also the option of a dental implant instead of a bridge, which can be a better solution for some people based on lifestyle and the results they want to achieve.
We want as many people as possible to access the dental care they need, so we offer a range of NHS services and private payment options, including 0% interest free plans.

Great and super friendly and helpful team. Everything was made really simple and easy. Clear pricing, helpful financing options, and super support from start to finish. After the initial consultation, your dental treatment with a crown or bridge usually takes place over 2 sessions, depending on the extent of the damage, and how many teeth need to be treated. Your dentist will outline the procedure at your consultation, and let you know what to expect.
We’ll perform a thorough examination of your teeth and decide whether or not a crown or a bridge is the right course of treatment. Your dentist will discuss your options with you, take x-rays if needed, and book in your appointments.
This is where the tooth is prepared by removing any damaged or decaying outside tissue so the new crown or bridge will fit snugly over the tooth and between the surrounding teeth. We also take an impression of the tooth, and a temporary restoration is put in place.
When your crown or bridge is ready, you’ll come back in so your dentist can remove the temporary restoration and have your new crown or bridge fitted. We’ll make sure it matches your existing teeth and is comfortable and secure. You may need to visit the technician in between these visits to ensure the colour matches perfectly.
Although your crown or bridge is made of very strong material and hard to damage, you’ll need to look after your teeth with daily brushing and flossing, regular dental hygienist visits, and being careful when eating certain foods that could damage them.
Our bridges start at £450 and crowns start at £1,100. As well as offering NHS paid or subsidised treatments, we offer a range of payment instalment options for private treatment, including 0% interest free plans. See our pricing page for more information.
In most cases, no, but it will depend on the material used and the results you want to achieve. We use the highest quality dental material available, and we aim to have your crown or bridge looking as natural and inconspicuous as possible.
Yes, once you get used to your new dental crown or bridge and the sensation of it in your mouth, you’ll be able to eat, drink, and speak normally!
The lifespan of a crown depends on many factors, such as the type and the wear and tear it experiences, as well as the oral health regime followed by its wearer. It’s reasonable to expect a crown to last between five and fifteen years (possibly more). To help crowns last longer, it’s strongly advised not to grind your teeth or use excessive force on them in any other way, and to follow a good regime of brushing and flossing everyday.
Partial crowns (also known as onlays) are also available and suitable for some patients. An onlay is particularly useful to repair a broken tooth. It is like a 3D jigsaw piece custom-made to fit your tooth. The advantage of the onlay over the crown is that less tooth tissue needs to be removed, but your dentist will advise you what is best for you.
